The "Alegria" is a delicious and traditional Mexican candy made with toasted seeds of amaranth and honey or caramel. These types of candies were declared Cultural Patrimony and are some of the oldest candies of Mexico. These seeds ar originated in Mexico and there was sometime that the natives use to offer to their gods.
